Ashley comes home after buying cake mix for her mothers’ birthday only to find her grandfather, who is already attempting to bake a cake. The decide to work together, clashing and arguing along the way. The Grandfather reveals he has Huntington's disease to Ashley; they both talk out their differences and finish the cake together.

This short film was my director debut, and was an amazing learning opportunity for me and my crew. Although I had previously directed my own solo films, this project had professional actors and crew. The project was made for Nottingham Trent University.
